Wedding Celebrations

Friday

Guests Arrive

3:30 PM

4:00 PM

Please arrive between 3:30 - 3:45pm. There will only be partial shade and the ceremony will start promptly at 4pm.

Ceremony

Ceremony will start promptly at 4pm, we are eager to get to the post celebrations. Plan to arrive by 3:30pm

4:30 PM

Cocktail Hour

Aaron and Crystal will go right into their 1st dance right after their grand entrance.

Enjoy amazing food and games, while we take photos. We will be joining in on the fun around 5pm.

5:45 PM

Grand Entrance

Everyone needs to be seated by 5:40 so the wedding party can make their grand entrance.

5:55 PM

Dinner

Food Stations will be open for guests to indulge in their favorite dishes from around the globe.

6:30 PM

Toasts & Games

Toasts from parents and wedding party will begin. Make sure you all have bubbly, apple cider will be available upon request.

Open Dance

Time to get out on the floor and dance. We may throw in a few surprises!

8:30 PM

Cake Cut

Watch as we cut our cake. Dessert Bars will open prior to cake cut for your enjoyment.

10:00 PM

Grand Exit

Time to line up and blow bubbles to send the happy couple off!

After Party

If you're up for it, join us for a mini-afterparty at our rental on the property. There is plenty of places to crash if need be.

Saturday

11:00 AM

Brunch Bash

Join us for a post wedding brunch. This will be casual with great food, games, maybe even karaoke and quality time with the newly married couple.

Please RSVP. Location may be at the venue, or will be moved to a location near the beach.

Entrance is off of Ranchita Canyon Rd. There will be an entrance with a Bella Terra Vineyard sign in the front.
***If coming from San Miguel (from the North) you will turn left onto a dirt road. If coming from Paso Robles (from the South) you will turn right onto the dirt road. The parking is to the left just a minute down the road. ** there will be signs of course***

San Francisco (SFO) - 3 Hours to the venue

Santa Barbara is great for people coming from Arizona, Texas and Sothern Locations
